However there is a softer side of him and no one really sees that at all. Call him a coward or call him brave he doesn't care. He's a snake and will forever be sly and cunning when he needs to be to reach his aims.

Lucius Abraxas Malfoy was born twenty three years ago to Abraxas and Lidia Malfoy. One couldn't say he had an exactly perfect childhood but one couldn't say it was all bad either. He was a relatively easy child to take care of and was generally spoiled by his mother but beaten by his father should he do anything that his father did not like or did not expect for him to do. He kept his distance from his father whenever he could and because his mother would stop nothing he would do nothing with her either as he grew. He was ten when his mother died. He couldn't say if he was happy or he was sad. It left him with only his father for the next ten years.
At the age of eleven he got his letter to go to Hogwarts and was over joyed. His father had told him that he must get into Slytherin and lucky for his father that was were Lucius wanted to be in the first place. He grabbed his things and went off to school rather happy to be out of his house. He met Narcissa his second year as she entered the ranks of the Slytherin house. They hit it off but none really knew how well they hit it off really. The years flew buy and by fifth year Lucius was a prefect and becoming friends with Severus Snape. His last year of school was just a flurry of tests and trying to figure out what he wanted to do with his life.
He married Narcissa shortly after they both got out of school. They make a perfect loving couple behind closed doors though some are not sure why they are together. Lucius never raises a hand to her and they live in the manor that Lucius inherited from his father when he died three years ago. Lucius finally has the opportunity to make his family. He works at the ministry and is a follower of Lord Voldemort and will do anything his master wants him to so long as they all come out on top. After all there are a few things that are important to him when it comes to rising up the social ladder.
